Wooden vase

Many times, while at home, I find myself holding a sketchbook, trying to find an object to draw. I walk from room to room like a mindless zombie. Hunting.
Finally, I give up with a silent sigh. After finding nothing interesting I go to the living-room, sit down and look around. For fuck sake, anything is sketch-worthy, right?

Chicken on a spring

I drew this one while being in a local playground with my wife and my daughter. My wife has this gift of finding lost treasures that are buried in the sand. These are usually in the form of little plastic shovels in various colors and shapes to the joy of my little girl.
